Renovations 🔨 Repairs 🪛 Installs 🪚 Improvements 🗜️ Emergencies 🧰
Fall is coming on fast with beautiful leaf color in NE Pennsylvania. Along with that comes the desire to winterize homes, install permanent outdoor lights, get leaks and creaks taken care of before the cold really hits, or simply to get a new kitchen done.
Having just finished a gut renovation of a bathroom, a new kitchen and many other wonderful projects, I'm gearing up for Halloween, Thanksgiving and the holidays in full. I also got to install some permanent house lights on a beatiful home right here in the Poconos. Now, the owner can choose any of a billion motion, color and brightness combinations to make her home pop just as she would like for any occasion.
Be sure to check out my Facebook Page to read up on my recent projects in more detail with photos.
I'm working on getting larger projects more and more, but all of the smaller projects are just as necessary - and rewarding.
Give me a call or text or email. Let's get youro projects done before the holidays so that you can enjoy that peaceful candlelight coziness more, knowing that tasks are wrapped up! Let's.... GET IT DONE!

About me
Rideout And Fix It
For most of my life, I've been fixing things. I have been good at learning how things go together, how they come apart, how and why they break, and how to fix them.
When I was 12, I started a bicycle repair shop in my garage, learning how to repair coaster brake hubs, true spoked wheels and adjust geared systems. I then took to carpentry, building a built-in wall unit for my home from scratch.
I've always helped friends and family with projects, installations and repairs, and have grown to practice and perfect a wide variety of skills and gather a full-range of tools to put those skills to work.
As a career, I performed on the musical theater and opera stages across America and beyond. Now that I'm no longer singing and acting professionally, I am dedicating myself to a profession of helping those in my community and beyond to GET IT DONE.

"Vale is an incredibly talented and reliable handyman. We had him tackle electrical (camera installation, floodlight installation), plumbing (installed under sink water heaters in 2 bathrooms), carpentry (replaced rotted boards on my deck) and drywall repairs ( fixed ceiling in bedroom). He also fixed my Trek bike. (He's a bike mechanic as well). He did all of these things for us over a 2 week period. All of his work is top quality. Vale is a friendly person and very reasonably priced. My wife and I highly recommend him."

Best handyman around! Vale has done numerous projects for us... everything from replacing stairs on the deck and helping get it ready for a hot tub to gutter cleaning. Vale created a concrete and slate step down that is not only functional, but a work of art. He has also done various garage projects for us. Vale is reliable, punctual and his fees are reasonable.

"Vale is a standup guy and always puts his best foot forward when working on a project.
I have had Vale do several minor and not so small projects at our investment properties and he has always exceeded expectations. He has done small kitchen remodels (including repairing appliances), flooring, plumbing work, and added a deck. If you want quality and honesty, don’t hesitate to call Rideout and fix it."

“I had my master bedroom redone totally. He ripped out everything down to the studs and rebuild the entire room. Though it took 6 weeks it was so worth it! He really has attention to the details and knows how to listen to you. The room is everything I wanted! I will definitely call on him for my next project!”
